your site so that it can be found.
" We do not make any guarantees, as in life nothing is guaranteed.
Disclaimer: We are committed to your success but results will vary as every job is unique and has various needs. We do ensure that it is done to the current standards for the best results, as we are committed to your success. Your success equals our success!
Very Important: We ask that on all services offered, that half of the fee is paid upfront and the other half in full upon service completion. Final files will be uploaded upon payment in full of balance due.
*All services will be listed and price quoted prior to the start of any work. We feel that by doing this it saves all of us time and money.

Initial Site analysis: Free
Look over current website and determine if there is a need for the SEO services.

1. Flat Rate SEO Package* per URL: $500.00 fee
Keyword Research & Recommendation: Discuss desired search engine keywords (up to 10) according to the client's needs, Keyword discovery for industry terminology, Keyword Analysis, which will determine a realistic goal for top listings, Delivery of Professional Analysis report with findings to client
Review of Search Engine Friendliness Issues: URLs, KW Usage, Code, Internal Linking, Metadata, Sitemap Use, etc
Competitive Analysis: Who's currently chasing traffic for their terms or targeting the audience they want, what are these sites doing right or wrong
Design, Usability & User Experience Suggestions: Help improve the way visitors perceive/use the site, and make it more attractive and user friendly
Content Creation Suggestions: Kind of content which would be valuable to add to the site to attract additional traffic and convert existing users
Link Acquisition Suggestions: Strategies/Ideas for a link campaign
Recommendations for Avoiding Negative Search Engine Issues: Duplicate content, URL canonicalization, re-direction of content; possibly have multiple domains, etc.
Optimize Website: Complete optimization of website for the major search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, and more) php, html, xhtml, etc.
Page Titles, Meta Tags, Meta Descriptions, and Optimize Page Content for flow and usability. (Will optimize sites up to 10 pages, there will be a $2.00 per page charge after 10 pages)
Search Engine Submissions: To major search engines
Website Placement Reports: 1 initial free report after 45 days, 1 free report after 90 days ($25/month per website placement reports thereafter)
*The SEO package constitutes the initial setup of the SEO. Any SEO updates
needed there after will be an additional fee.
2. Web Design* and SEO package*: $1500 and up fee
Whether you are a new business wanting to get on the web or you have an existing site that needs a facelift, we are here for you. We make every effort to design our sites to fit your exact requirements.
Extra care is taken to make sure your site is functional, and user friendly to impress visitors and climb the search engine rankings. We build from beginning to end and take your site live.
*Price includes up to 10 website pages
*The SEO package constitutes the initial setup of the SEO. Any SEO updates
needed there after will be an additional fee.
3. Additional Website Backlink Campaign*: $200
Current web competition SEO Reports, Blogs, Deep Linking, Social BookMarking, Free Press*, Additional Site-submissions, Classified Ads
* The website marketing is just an initial footprint to get your website out. We
seriously recommend that website owners diligently market their own sites on a
daily basis to achieve success.
* Free Press constitutes submissions to press release services. Website owners
must write their own press release, because no one knows more about their business or website then the website owner.
Adwords, Adsense, Admob, mobile ads, etc are optional services for an
additional fee
4. Complete Website Analytics Reports: $200.00 a year
Tracks visitors, locations of visitors, geography, site time, returning users, keyword entry terms, search engine entries, and more.
Most of our Professional Services are quoted at a standard Rate of $30.00 an hour.
" Additional fees may be charged to cover outsourcing costs
